I'm tossing you a like and follow because you said "I fucking hate myself for making this right now" 😂 I shred chicken all the time & have said this to myself. Bravo for being honest.

The moment you said ; that's alot of fucking chicken; I became an instant fan. If I hadn't already had my pot on with veggies in it I would have done your rue technique, I will do this next time.
I realize this is 2 years old and you might not check back, but… I just watched another guy to C&D; he put his cooked chicken in his kitchen aid and the beater shredded it really well! I like your dumplings recipe better. Off to the grocery store. thanks!
Brown the chicken in that pan then add ur water or chicken stock 10x flavor all the crispy stuff goes into that stuck and ur chicken skin isn't soggy if u brown first
Next time try running the onion under cold water just before cutting it. Or just breathe through your mouth. If you can't smell it, bit won't affect you
The tops of the celery ( ie: leaves) have so much flavor. I never throw them away! 😮❤

For onion eyes,stick your face in freezer for a couple seconds,and for shredding chicken fast place in bowl and use hand mixer,done in like 30 seconds

Spices add so much. Besides salt pepper oregano, basil, tumerick. But fresh and chopped parsley was just superb !!!
I thought she was sippin on that chicken stock. Lol
It made me a little sad that you didn't sear the chicken before reinforcing the chicken stock. I think that would have added another layer of flavor!
