You should make a video about what the metal plate is for. i got one but im not really sure how to utilize it properly. also when i smash i have a hard time keeping it all on my tool. some of it flies away since its so shattery. hope you can make a vid (if you havent already) on how to collect the dabs properly

  5. Is cleaning a necessary? What benefit does it do other then make it look shiny and new? I have cleaned mine once now since I owned it about to do a second but it takes loads of presses tell it seems to be noticeably dirty.
