Hollandaise isnt a mother sauce . Now , im not saying this to be a dick , but to rather direct you to one of my fav youtubers Alex (aka alexfrenchguycooking) which i believe is very underappreciated . Have fun , and , we stan Farideh .
Absolutely have no idea how I missed this episode, I love the Cooking show because of this lady. Anyway, Snow crab also comes from Alaska. The final look was great but not what I was expecting it to look like. This opens my mind to different ways to do "eggs" Benedict. I make a more standard Eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon crumbled on top of the Hollandaise sauce plus a little cracked black pepper. Great way to start a new mourning. Sicily 🍷
