  2. Absolutely have no idea how I missed this episode, I love the Cooking show because of this lady. Anyway, Snow crab also comes from Alaska. The final look was great but not what I was expecting it to look like. This opens my mind to different ways to do "eggs" Benedict. I make a more standard Eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon crumbled on top of the Hollandaise sauce plus a little cracked black pepper. Great way to start a new mourning. Sicily 🍷

  3. My son has made an indecent proposal to you for some time. Currently working at off square brewery in crown point Indiana. Yes, I realize this sounds Hoosier, but he is a Chicagoland who is stuck out here due to COVID19. I had to rescue him from a crumbling city. His proposal is real. The food and Sicily factor is real.

  4. Using a blender to make a Hollandaise sauce, and calling it a Hollandaise sauce is a cardinal sin in cooking… You basically made a butter Mayo. I'm very disappointed Farideh
