I bought shrooms a year ago thinking on what amount to eat because its my first time, i hear eat 1 gram eat an 8th eat a micro dose like wtf is a micro dose 😂 then they say eat the stems only not the caps then i hear eat only the caps well im so confused with the amount im supposed to take for a first timer, so they are in my shoebox in a bag still in there just how I received them 😂😂😂 are they still even good?
