3. I was a customer about a year ago and I can't believe. I live in Virginia and its just starting to be legal here. I went to my first despencery yesterday. I couldn't do anything but look in the door. But a very nice lady gave me a paper that told me what I needed to do and it should be easy to get a card. Just looking in the door I finally see this happen. I've been waiting 30 years.
