I’m in CT and I really can’t get a straight answer as to what “banned” means. Many smoke shops(not dispensaries) are still selling it. Even more than before actually. I was on CT.gov & according to DCP, it seems like places can sell but it can’t be over 0.3% THC unless you have a cannabis license now… ? That was my interpretation🤷🏾♀️. But I don’t think no one was ever selling anything over that amount in the first place so idk
Whoever wants to ban Delta 8 wants to support/ endorse the black market
We need more safe alternatives that have lab results. I don’t go to the black market anymore because the legal alternatives have wayyyyy less negative effects/ consequences especially as a recovering Fentanyl addict

Kentucky where i reside is trying to BAN all hemp derived products(even HHC) besides cbd.. I have had many surgeries and honestly if this happens im planning on moving to Ohio. Fingers crossed.
