Hey doc, my 24 pound puppy ate a paper dinner napkin. It did not have any food or anything on it, it has been 30 minutes after he ate it and is settled and acting normal. Should I be worried?
Here in Germany people often use sauerkraut when their dog has eaten a non-digestible item. Luckily my dog loves it and it moved a bunch of pointy date stones safely through his intestines some time ago. I never thought of trying Vaseline.

All my dogs love Vaseline and any kind of lotion. So weird but good to know it can help in an emergency. Also recommend keeping activated charcoal around

My dogs get their daily dose of coconut oil (one teaspoon) . Keeps their teeth and gums healthy and lubricates intestinal tract.
Their plumbing expels all kinds of surprises. LOL!🤣
