So I understand this person hiding his identity, but the information he gives doesn't warrant it. Informer doesn't call out anyone specific and the only details he gives are things that happened on other ships (the anchor killing someone). If informer wasn't going to actually inform on anybody what's the point of this story. I could have pretended to be this person and said everything he said. There's nothing of what is said that can be corroborated nor is there any action that can be taken. It's all generic to the point of much o fit not being about this persons direct situation. What did this accomplish? If there is something untoward happening, name names. Makes it seem very contrived.

Uhhh, Am I the only one here that think this guy needs to cover up more than he is? With the stories he told, wouldn't the powerful people just have to be like, oh yeah the chain snapping the dude's leg off boat and then they can find this guy. I dunno, these seem kinda fake.
