  2. Holy heart attack batman. Carbs, with cheese and Italian sausage inside it, covered in more carbs then deep fried. Then dipped in a vodka sauce made out of butter. Then shave more cheese over it.

  5. The funny thing is that you keep saying Sicily, like vodka is the least Sicilian aspect of this dish, but you should also add pasta, butter and tomatoes to that list.
