we ordered the Mini Bundle that came with the Nugpacker, then they realized it was out of stock so they just ignored us as customers and shipped us more bags instead of what we needed, when we asked for it it was promised to be shipped but never was. don't count on their shipping if your doing serious business, because they don't care about their servicing of others, they will change up and never send you what you pay for. to change orders and not honor what's missing is a horrible way to treat customers. order from here and you can never trust that they will honor missing parts of their bundle sales.. I'm afraid that we will never be honored in their " upgrade" program that truly depends on how they feel. customer service should not be relied on how a seller feels but based on grounded written policy of the selling company. for us it was the difference of spending 20,000 or a couple of hundred , luckily we only spent hundreds and didn't fully invest in their line. think people before your order because we are now stuck with no whelp or respectful honoring of wrongful late parts that were included on their website. this is just one customers story of services never rendered.
I bought a nugsmasher mini I cant even pressed dry sift I'm wasting material and money. Why do you guys sell 3.5g dry sift bags if the mini can't pressed it. I keep posting and call the company I get no help I'm not happy with this press.
