Does it turn off on its own
The Focus V Carta comes with smartphone app which allows control of the temperature. How low can the temperature go when controlled through the app?

I was all about the Focus V, but I've been going through their atomizers like crazy. bought the everlast atomizer and it lasted a few weeks. Been stuck in quarantine with a non operational carta && they have no replacement atomizers. I thought Puffco warranty stuff was difficult, but Focus V is next level bad for me right now.
One thing that people don't seem to be mentioning is make sure you open the battery compartment and take two white paper circles off the bottom of the batteryies otherwise the batteries will never make contact and you'll be charging that thing forever without ever giving your batteries any juice.
So I got mine today and I set it all up perfectly read the directions watched videos and yet for some reason I can’t change the temp at all any advice?

Don't waste your money on this product. I've had this for a week day 1 the atomizer breaks. Take it to the smoke shop got another one and than about a day or two of use that one breaks. This product is absolute garbage for the price, i expect it to go at least a month without breaking. Fuck what a waste of money. Hits great when it works I will admit. Should have just bought an E-nail.

Did you see how the guy in the video made his first attempt to pull the batteries out and failed? So then he had to try again from the other direction? That happens to me every single time. I often have to pull the batteries to reboot the device to get it to start working again correctly as others have complained below. The little pull tab to open the battery case is backwards, clearly. Just watch the video and tell me I am wrong.
I’d love to check one of these out for review purposes.
I have had my Carta for about 2 months. I had to get it replaced almost immediately but they sent me a brand new complete setup and let me keep everything except the bad base. Great product and great support from them. As soon as I contacted them it was shipped that day and they had me back in business in just a few days. I really like the fact how they stand behind their product.
Why doesn’t anyone show how to switch the dam buckets ??
