This dude has definitely got some other plans for Puerto Rico, he's not building any crypto cities or anything, he's buying campgrounds and historical buildings, turning them into "resorts", but he's probably trying to be the Jeffrey Epstein of Puerto Rico. He has ties to running a pedophile ring in Spain, when he was found out in Spain, probably Puerto Rico is his new target. That guy that talked about Pierce not being the only one moving down here to take advantage ofnthe island is true, there's many wealthy people moving down here to exploit the island, like the Paul brothers Jake and Logan, Peter Schiff, Robert Crager, and many others. They are buying up lots of public spaces, historical sites, and entire neighborhoods, and turning them all into airbnbs, private resorts, and vacation homes. The Paul brothers have to definitely be involved in some sketchy stuff too, Jake Paul is planning on building gyms and running a child boxing program on the island, with less government regulations down there it's definitely got to be a big money laundering scheme. They are involved with drugs, during one of Logans boxing matches Jake is seen in the background wiping his nose alot like he just got done snorting booger sugar. Don't believe anyone that moves to Puerto Rico for these tax incentives, they are all crimes. And even thr corrupt Puerto Rican party that created the tax incentives are open about how they know they aren't helping the island, but that they are only keeping Act60 up because they are using it as political leverage against congress to pressure them to make the island a state.
