i swear this family looks like a single father raising his 2 daughters and son… the mom looks like she can be a daughter and/or sister to her own daughter.
The program "La Cocina" that helped the Chef/Owner get started sounds incredible and I'm glad she gave them a hearty shout out in the piece here. I wonder if it's a government program or an NGO or something. Should be more like it around the country.
