I've been very fortunate. Mine has worked just fine since I received it.
I use the Dyna Vap 'M' now (with a 115+ Hour Candle), and when I have used up the weed in the 'M' I transfer the weed over to the Grasshopper, which is set at the highest temp, and that finishes it up in two or three more tokes.
