  1. I have a mystery about my dog drinking water. I have had Jackie Boy for nine years and I have yet to see him drink from a water bowl inside the house. No, he does not drink from the toilet, either (legs too short). He goes outside and drinks from a bowl outside or the bird bath. I have had other dogs the same time as him and they all drank "inside" water but he obviously prefers what I call "wild water".

  2. Dr. Jones, I know this is unrelated but my dog is in severe pain from chronic pancreatitis. She has an episode once a week that lasts 3-12 hours. Will CBD oil be good for her? Some people are for it and others are against it.

  3. I have several water bowls around the house for my canines and they prefer the bowls that are raised up to about chest height to the top of the bowl. So, depending on if your pup is a Boston Terrier, 3" high, or the Great Dane, a foot or more, it might make it easier for your dog to get his or her fill with a bit of height added, from the floor.

  4. Hi Doc; I wish you would look into this stuff, moringa; have been using it for 3 weeks for pug dog, above nose crease sore and arthritis; healing occurring around perimeter of the sore; no more meds for arthritis; helps with gingivitis inflamation; good for people too.

  7. My, such an excited doggo for peanut butter 😀
Sadly, my dog can't use a straw although I believe he also has some sort of identity crisis because ever since he was a puppy he has been quite skilled in meowing (for a dog) and relaxing in the cat tree. On the other hand when I told him, he was supposed to accompany me while riding a horse, he started to act like a horse. I like to call it "Hi Ho Silver!".
I'm also looking forward to the webinar (although it'll be 2 a.m. by then here), but that's what alarm clocks are for. 🙂

  8. I have a Morkey he has food aggression and refuses to allow me to trim his nails. If i tried to use the peanut butter distraction i would get bit. Short of using a muzbzel what can you suggest?
