Use my mini all the time and next purchase will be an XP! Nug smasher is an American company that actually employs Americans since they fabricate and build their presses in Arizona and I believe their headquarters in Corona CA. Support these types of businesses and don't buy China for anything. If a product says made in China or PROC I try to find an Alternative with an eye for Made in USA. Sometimes you gotta to do what you gotta do but if you want to help keep them fuckers from taking over then support local economy I can't stress it enough. Lecture over
Worked great on my NS mini. I did have to do it twice. After the first time I was able to get a playing card between the plates after about two minutes (my average pressing time). After the second time it took about five minutes to be able to get a single layer of parchment paper between them.
Oh no! Two attempts and this method did not work on my OG nugsmasher!
The plates will not even make the 1/4 inch. closed position. 😔
I just got my nug smasher mini last week and it will not hold pressure. Pretty disappointed to say the least. I will try this. I cant turn it over because it has a handle on top
I'm assuming you don't have to bleed the nugsmasher X, correct?
So mine doesn’t go up all the way for me to get it that close to each other and it just stops adding pressure? Any reason why? One day it just started leaking fluid and stopped pressurizing

I have the ns pro. Been loosing pressure so added oil . It helped but its loosing pressure again. Will this help me and also I am wondering how much oil to add when adding and is there a way to drain and get all new oil and then again how much to put in.

After I use my machine and close the plates all the way for storage when I go back to it the plates are open and I have to continue to close them, does Bleeding the break and what you are showing help with that ?

Cool, mine pressures so strong i can easy break a bag maxing it out. I find it works best when I don't press it so hard. Good info to know for when the time comes.
