  1. Those egg yolks can easily explode using a microwave. They also can explode while you take out the plate/bowl. It happened to me. Trust me. Respectfully: Quit recommending this way of preparation. They can explode in your face. Luckily I only received a few burns to my arm. Just Say'n, No Offence.

  2. This is a great recipe because it’s so versatile. Make it at 2pm or 6am or 2am. Drunk or sober. Single or for two. Great for kids. Fast and great for the lazy home cook who does not own a dishwasher. Add a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce and you’ve got something.

  3. 33 years ago, my sons thought they had invented bologna bowls. They cooked the bologna first, tho, to get it to cup and then added a mix of egg, salsa and cheddar cheese and nuked some more. They were only 4 & 5 years old and surprised me with breakfast in bed. It was pretty tasty and even looked pretty good with presentation including toast triangles and some melon.
