It´s guacamole, not another pico de gallo…. and pico de gallo has avocado in it by the way… for your guacamole (1 million recipies) if you do it in a morter, start with the onions and chillis and pound /grind them…. However, original guacamole´s lema is less is more…. so grind garlic, chilli and coriander / cilantro and then the avocado. NO lime, no tomatoes, again it´s not a salad. It won´t go brown and if it does you just give it a stirr or scoup out the brown parts or upper layer….. but if you do it last thing before you eat, it won´t turn brown no worries. It stays green for at least 30 min. Sorry had to get this out the way for you gringos out there. Saludos

  2. That’s an absurd amount of cilantro lol. You can’t balance that flavor out with half a squeeze of lime and 2 cloves of garlic. Love you Farideh, but sometimes your lack of culinary prowess shines strong 😂

  3. First i prefer putting the fries in the oven and cook them there
    Second if your going to fry the fries then atleast preheat the oil and then put the fries cuz if you do them the way you do it its gonna come up soggy
