last time i made kimchi fried rice it was kinda slimey and i’m pretty sure it was cuz of my kimchi. it gave it a funky gamey flavor tbh it wasn’t pleasant haha
Gochujang is a derivative of fermented soy & grain pastes like miso whereas sriracha is sweet & sour & spicy, the typical SE Asian flavor combo made with sugar, vinegar and chilies. How can you mistake one for another?? Where’s the soy paste? Where’s the sour??
kimchi is delicious as I make my own at home its not only nutritious but is a fermented product which is so good for your gut health. I learned how to make it from a korean youtuber. It is sold in a small jar in uk which is so expensive so i make my own. How he is making the rice with the kimchi is so delicious.
Everything else seems good but idk about all that butter. All the Koreans that I know, including my own family never eat butter.
tell me you are korean without telling me you are koran. lol
I luv Korean food
Yeah, if you can't make fried rice drunk, you're overcomplicating it.
Why not make and sell kimchi cheese fried rice?
I love his “yasssss” and “ohhhh yea” of excitement.
Lame!!! Americans and butter. They being British 😂.
I was going to take notes until I watched him stuff raw pork into his face. WTF?!! I had to rewind to make sure that's what I saw. 🤢

Too much butter and salt ewwk
Holy shit. Gochujang compound butter. Brilliant!
This guy is douchy and pretentious. Also the recipe is too extra. I prefer Maamgchi’s recipe better.
