  1. last time i made kimchi fried rice it was kinda slimey and i’m pretty sure it was cuz of my kimchi. it gave it a funky gamey flavor tbh it wasn’t pleasant haha

  2. Gochujang is a derivative of fermented soy & grain pastes like miso whereas sriracha is sweet & sour & spicy, the typical SE Asian flavor combo made with sugar, vinegar and chilies. How can you mistake one for another?? Where’s the soy paste? Where’s the sour??

  3. kimchi is delicious as I make my own at home its not only nutritious but is a fermented product which is so good for your gut health. I learned how to make it from a korean youtuber. It is sold in a small jar in uk which is so expensive so i make my own. How he is making the rice with the kimchi is so delicious.
