Not only are these two gentlemen incredible chefs that are VERY well respected by their peers, Their knowledge about fine dining and the culture and everything that it entails is surpassed by no one. These two could easily teach a Master course on gastronomy at ANY leading university in the world.

  2. Oysters are all over the Mediterranean, and so are lemons! This is also the case on the Moroccan Atlantic coast. they have some of the best lemons and oysters. What are you talking about?
