Eww she cook it with the heads? My grandma always told me to never eat fish heads or I will be dumb. She would always spend like hours sitting in the kitchen picking away those anchovies heads.
We Malaysian only use dried chilies for sambal 😉, no red chillies or cili padi #resepiviralsambalnasilemak
