  1. I’ve been to both contramar and Entremar in CDMX. Amazing restaurants! My favorite dish from her restaurant is definitely the tuna tostadas. I think that dish has been copied all across Mexico and the world.

  2. Well, I don’t suppose the spoon used to rub the red salsa on the fish was contaminated with any possible microbes from the fish. Also the tail kept intact might still have contaminants since it didn’t come in contact with the grill. Otherwise, red snapper is a great fish.
