I'm a chef myself and that is a soviet pancake recipe……people want healthier options, this is a heart attack pancakes. and it also says fluffiest in the name. you call those fluffiest? MY god, at least separate egg yolks, beat egg whites and fold them in at the end or put some riccotta through a sieve and add it in… fiy chefs realised many years ago that being angry all the time in the kitchen is draining and bad for your health. This is not 2009 any more, cmon =( This video made me sad. might as well throw that batter in deep fryer and make donuts.
