  1. I swear i just thought if something like this. I asked my family if they thought ground/minced Turkey, mixed with a pack of crumbled stove top stuffing as the bread crumbs, maybe some dried cranberries and poultry seasoning would make a Thanksgiving-esque meatloaf. Drizzled with a jar of Turkey gravy sounded appetizing. They shot me down.🙄

    This looks amazing! Minus the ketchup, cayenne and maybe the mustard and duck bacon.

  2. I love how he cooks from the heart. Instead of feeling in constant pressure of being technical with his cooking, he reflects his dish with how he feels at the time. This, in my opinion, is the most interesting cooking method. It's all about soul, your stomach and the love for cooking. Respects to anyone who just makes stuff for themselves. Surprisingly underappreciated.
