2. It’s better if u hold the smoke in ya mouth for like 8 seconds, and it can make u feel like u gotta cough but if u smoke a cig or half of one before, ya throat won’t be as irritated

Am I inhaling wrong? because I noticed that if I pack it good and tight, even after the one hit, there is still some unused herbs left in the pipe and I don't want to keep blazing the same bowl and inhaling ash. Do I need to be inhaling longer in order to extract most of herbs in one go? I don't think my lungs could handle that lmao.
