so theres no thc in it. then its not actually distillate… .
This actually explained a lot to me about Distillate.
I get Distillate for around $200/oz and turn it into edible and am always surprised how well it works.
It doesn't need to be activated and just doesn't cook off. Like if I forget to stop microwaving my edible and it gets super hot… the distillate still works and gets me high.
But he explained it better for me. Distillate is just much more soluble, probably blends really well into the food you're cooking to the point where it's boiling point increases. It's basically bonding to the fats and waters at the same time so it's more likely to be fully absorbed rather than just floating around in the solution waiting to be vaporized.
Distillate really is the optimal way to make edibles. Plus the best part is that even if the Distillate is made from bad product (i.e Moldy or high PPM pesticides) it will most likely bring down that concentration of contaminants to a "safe to eat" level. Whereas, if we smoke concentrate made from the same product, it's not as safe for our much more delicate lungs.

Yeh, it's very clear these products aren't manufactured in a clean environment, nor a professional environment and nowhere on their website can you access lab results for the products they're selling and claiming to contain xxx amount of CBD. If you're going to produce CBD in such an unprofessional environment, and not even take basic cleanliness seriously, nor provide lab results – I'm going to bet that the end product is contaminated either with mould spores, bacteria, viral or heavy metal contaminants.
