Denver native and it’s hard to express what this place means. We’ve all made fun of it, but we’ve never turned down an opportunity to enjoy cafeteria food with unlimited sopapillas. It’s pure nostalgia and I can’t wait for the reopening in May.
I remember going to Casa Bonita as a kid, I'm 54 now and would love to go again! I don't know what made me think of it a minute ago and pulled up this video. What a wonderful way to reminisce♥️
We used to go to the one in Oklahoma City as a child. It was magical! I just remember this mysterious place that was so cool and how I loved going. Unfortunately, it closed. I was thrilled to visit Denver and ate there every night I was in town! It was fabulous!!! When it reopens, I plan to to visit again!
At the end of the day it’s supposed to serve food… and the food looked SUB-PAR something you get out of a fast food joint! I bet they cashed everyone out at that place
40+ years?!? Hats off to that.
Two year native. Can’t wait to finally go
Wow there’s a holloywood video in the parking lot!
My favorite part was when he said, "This is our terrace area which is basically designed like terraces."
Good news everyone it’s reopening May 2023
It looks very overwhelming
lol the music they were playing was so off.
Re opens in may

Asian Man: …
casa bonita building was a jp Penney building before it became casa bonita. i remember shopping there as a kid
Cool
Geeez, the ultimate kitch. But have to thank them for the south park episode :))
It'd be cooler if they had a lazy river with boat dining so you can eat while floating around the whole place, just saying.
for us Europeans it is so tasteless that it can only be taken with humor
THEY HAVE A HOLLYWOOD VIDEO STILL!!!

Crazy to see it in South Park lol but I’ve been going there since I was like 5😂 the food is horrible . I can’t wait until it re opens !
It would be awesome if someone dressed as Eric Cartman would run around trying food and the fun places while running away from police
My favorite is Sopaipillas. I don’t want sugar with cinnamon. I rather plain with pour the honey inside yummy!
This place looks like a good place to celebrate an anniversary.
Certainly one of my favorite places back home. Hear it’s being renovated by the makers of south park. Definitely excited to see what they do with it.
after all this years we now know why cartman say it was worth it hehe casa bonita rules
"was it worth it?"
"totalllly."
The HollyWood Video store man that brings back memories
I can’t eat Mexican food anymore

it was announced recently that trey and matt are as of now putting like 12 mill to renovate casa bonita, which i think they bought for 3 mill
Now I understand why Cartman kidnapped Butters to be here, I would do the same.
