New Orleanian here. What some of you don't realize is that this man and his restaurant have been serving free food constantly throughout the pandemic. They had a Christmas grocery giveaway for anyone in need. They served free food at multiple points during the pandemic to those in need at the restaurant, no questions asked. Not only his he a fun human and excellent cook but his heart couldn't be bigger. This man is the embodiment of what it means to be New Orleanian.
Being lactose intolerant has never made me so sad as realising i couldnt eat this 🙁
