I have heard him talk about it many times and the only time he spoke about crossing anything with Strawberry Cough was either for new strains he is developing, or because Dutch Passion wanted seeds, instead of clones.
He talks about having to break the news to people that it's not the real Strawberry Cough, but rather the Dutch Passion Strawberry Cough that he had to cross for the seeds.
