"don't drive high" – Josh. I can't speak for everyone, if you don't smoke regularly or have a lot of driving experience I wouldn't recommend it. However, I am a Uber driver and I have been driving high for years regularly. I have spent countless hours driving around and have never had any issues driving while stoned(I have also traveled across the country driving while high). Obviously, driving high isn't for everyone. Some people can't drive worth a shit while sober, but driving high isn't nearly as dangerous as people make it out to be and not even comparable to the dangers of driving drunk. Honestly I would argue that texting and driving is more hazardous than driving high. I'm not saying you can't be too high to drive(there is a limit to how high you can be and still drive well). What I'm saying is driving high shouldn't be treated with the same harsh penalties as driving drunk and there should be a far greater threshold for thc use before it is considered a hazard. For instance, if you are driving drunk it is legal until you pass 0.08 abv. There should be a pretty generous level of thc allowed in your system before you are charged with driving under influence. Especially since so many people use cannabis as medicine for pain and other ailments. If you smoke regularly and you are a good driver you shouldn't have a problem driving while moderately stoned. I mean think about how many people drive while on anti-depressants, pain medications, and other far more intoxicating drugs people are prescribed.
