  1. My Spanish is super rusty, I only caught the basics. I do like empanadas though, I might try the peanut and potato one, I'm not vegetarian but it's interesting

  2. In Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei this is called Curry Puff and the fillings are usually cooked with hot spices. The Portuguese introduced it to the region, and the Malays called it Epok Epok. Later the British came and named it Curry Puff. Many Malays pronounce it as Karipap

  3. Down the street from where I used to live, there was this Argentinian guy who made these killer empanadas and would sell bags of frozen ones you could make at home. His sauces were fire too, I need to go so if he’s still open.
