I'm amazed that he calls that sandwich a snack. For me that's a full meal 😀 But other than that great video! I also liked that he shows so much respect to the streetfood culture in S.Korea. Those stands are usually run by hardworking older citizen and they are the heart and soul of this culture.
Watching a lot of Koren Shows on Netflix, they feature this sandwich, and watching food shows I have seen street vendors make this and wanted to try it out. Very cool, thank you!

Koreas famous toast is from "ISAAC TOAST" and their special ingredient is their sauce made of kiwi. The one this chef made is just Americanized with all those weird sauces and sugar
