Love it 😀… I've been saving Cold Noodle recipes lately for summer… its Ike my new favorite thing now since discovering cold soy bean noodles last year.. soo amazing.. neangmeons are this years favorites.. and soo many.. im so excited to be learning new Korean/ Asian dishes… been into it for several years now. Thank you for sharing your recipe..

  3. This was a really great episode! Loved the knowledge sharing on the Korean ingredients plus alternate suggestions and portions. Not to mention the reality of living with kids 😂 they are cute, and this was a sweet episode overall.

  4. I'm Korean and this was garbage. Where to begin that kimchi was watery as fuck. Superfluous ingredients for the sauce. Too many veggies. Kimchi googsoo is supposed to be simple. You need kmichi, white rice noodles, sesame oil, vinegar of choice and gochugang paste. That's it!!!!! This hipster ruined the dish!!!!

  5. the war on hfcs needs to stop. its a fantastic hygroscopic sweetener. stop drinkin soda and reduce your total sugar intake if it is a problem for you.

  6. This was the whitest bibimguksu I've ever seen. Shame on the guy for using Japanese nori when he had a bag of korean seaweed on the table. Add a boiled egg next time. But I guess Portland is pretty darn white.
