Made this yesterday and from my tiny Seattle "dining room" I was transported to the south of France. It was a transcendental experience. Yes, fresh tuna is really expensive. Yes, 2 cups of extra virgin olive oil is a lot. Yes, if you are in US then only expensive grocery stores sell fresh olives. — But sometimes it's okay to treat yourself and show your company how much you love them.
