This kind of work is incredibly fast paced and demanding. You really have to love it, otherwise you won't survive. You'll either get burnt out or quit. I worked at a falafel stand It was hard. Only lasted a few months and burnt out. It was just too fast and too exhausting. The numbers we did were just insane.
She is bad! Makes want to go to NYC and chomp down. I know exactly the spot she is at.
