Sweat lodges are intense lmao I did one in 2010 when I was 12 bc I got the chance to go on a trip to Alberta to go on a First Nation Rez. It was a really awesome opportunity and I’m mad grateful that they were willing to share their culture w a bunch of little white kids from the states.
