Not getting any vapour any more. I’ve done everything o could do in the trouble shooting !!! Please help 😨

You can stop the auto shutoff simply by drawing in vapor, the unit will recognize when you are drawing vapor as long as you aren't just "sipping" on the unit and the timer on the auto-shutoff will reset. It is in the instruction manual, you don't need to hit buttons in order to keep it on although that is one of the ways you could accomplish keeping it on.
