  5. Glad you are okay. I've had two wisdom teeth extracted. While it was a terrible experience, it wasn't anywhere close to what you experienced. I agree with Ds Chott. You might need to have your clotting time checked at your next dr's appt. My mil had clotting problems too. It was dangerous anytime she had to have surgery, esp so after she had to start taking blood thinners. Take care & thanks for the tips.

  6. Dr.Jones, I've had two animals – a dog and a cat die unexpectedly this year. There have been many rats in the area this past year and my pets kill them. I suspect my animals died from secondary rat poisoning after reading about what is happening in Australia.
    It is hard to get a vet on holidays and some weekends around here. Will the OTC vitamin K you can get at the store work to reverse the Warfarin?

    I had that happen with a wisdom tooth, I bled heavily for hours tried the tea bag etc. and ended up in the emergency room getting stitches because the oral surgeon hadn't closed properly.
    It would also be good to how to treat antifreeze poisoning if no vet if available. I read Everclear is the preferred alcohol but will vodka work?

  7. This happened recently & it was horrifying! I should’ve compressed longer but was panicking. As it was a Saturday night I had to drive Bailey 45 mins 1-way to see an emergency vet. It was disasterous & unbelievable. A dog with a stomach ache got to in b4 our dog (who was STILL dripping blood on the waiting room floor) only then to leave with NO treatment whatsoever.🥺😢🥺 Didn’t clean his wound, no pain relief, NOTHING! I am so angry at that doctor. And then had to pay the ridiculous bill on top of it! He, thankfully is slowly recovering. Heartbreaking & devastating😢 Sorry to hear about your ordeal – I had never heard of that? I am so glad you are better & recovering too👍🏼💗Keep up your awesome videos! 👍🏼🐶🐕

  10. Hi Dr I have a question it's not regarding this video necessarily it's about my dogs reoccurring ear infection. I saw your other video on it and I took your advice. I took him to the vet first and they only gave me some medicine(TrizULTRA+Keto and later Posatex) they seem to have been working at first but the infection came back later I want to try the apple cider vinegar treatment but I'm afraid to because it sounds like he has excess liquid trapped in his ears do you have any advice on how I can dry his ears out?? Please reach back to me as soon as possible thank you. I've been subed for a long time and I love your content 🙏

  20. Dr Jones, I had a dog with bleeding tumors. It will be one year since I lost him in a few days. There were a couple of instances the blood was gushing out of him and I thought he'd bleed himself to death but yunnan baiyou stopped the bleeding and even sped up the healing afterwards.
