Get one or two floor fans to circulate the air. Yes the PC, but a small closed room needs air to circulate around. That will help and todays fans are very quiet. They won't affect filming.

Keep ur room door open if ur using the computer. I have to keep a fan pointing in from my door and my ceiling fan on high with the air conditioning and it's still hot.
