The best thing you can do for your tolerance is to stop waking and baking. Unless you smoke for a medical condition, waking and baking will just fuck you up for the rest of the day and you will not get as high, especially if you keep smoking all day every day.

The way i do this is by using different methods to consume. Papers, spoons, bongs, vaporizers. Switch it up after awhile! 🤘🏾😶🌫️
