  2. Laughing Buddha from Barney's Farm is by far one of the best all time strains when it comes to ease social anxiety. And Sour Diesel from good breeders like Humboldt Seed Company or DNA genetics also works fantastic for me.

  4. Something lower in THC, 1:1, and 50 50 hybrids for me. Pure Sativa's give me even more anxiety and paranoia. And heavy Indicas make me want to lounge about away from any crowds.

    Also weed doesnt boost confidence! That is up to the individual, if ur looking to boost confidence cannabis isnt the way….

  6. I like Sativa in the morning and daytime, Indica in the evening. Never tried Blue Dream, but would love to grow it, if I could find a good pheno for seed 🌱🌱🌱🌱

  7. I am a fan of uplifting thin leaved Sativa strains with some Citrus terpenes for social gatherings. I love the Orange and Mango flavors and they work nicely to make everyone talkative and friendly.

  8. Everyone is different but suggesting a sativa which are known to act similarly to caffeine(making your thoughts race) is probably not a good way to introduce someone with anxiety to weed. I have had 4 panic attacks from weed all haze and had to figure out that it wasn't the weed but the fact it was sativa dominant. Cheese saved me from social anxiety and nowadays I just go for flavour which luckily indica wins flavour wise in my books
