I like the idea of having PARCHMENT PAPER SHEETS, instead of a ROLL. That way you can use a paper cutter board and cut as many smaller sheets you need to whatever size. It would make things alot easier because they would all weigh the same for when you weigh the end product. An easy, fast, and more efficient way of transferring it from the collection plate to the scale.
I've heard or read that the parchment paper should be unbleached… Is that really necessary?
I use western family parchment, and just fold it on itself till it fits in the press.
