I have a brand new peak and it won’t work/charge/light up/vibrate NOTHING! I have TWO KandyPens Ouras and I have had ZERO issues and only big clouds. FUCK PUFFCO.

What does it do when I click it 5 times and when I click it 10 times in a row? Both cause it to vibrate and light up
I came to thank the makers of this incredible device. It solves so many of the issues I'm having with medicating while homeless. Living in a vehicle means I can't light flower & medicate while parked in my town. I can't stay in organized "safe parking" groups. Medicating safely when homeless is a challenge. The Peak is a dream. I got it as a gift for my birthday! I'm shocked at how at 55 yrs old, scrambled as fuck from becoming homeless & scrinching into a vehicle with two pups (lol), my dumb ass found operating the Peak intuitive and easy! I got a berry one. I love it so much. For profoundly personal reasons, I dubbed her 'Deja'. Me and deja fancy now. 💃🏽

As a vape, I wonder why it starts out at such a high temp. Why not a 250 and 350 setting since cannabinoids are easily destroyed by high temps? Help
