1. As far as national parks go, as I understand the law, you cannot take off or land inside a national park but they cannot enforce anything in the air only on the ground so long as you take off and land outside the national park, you can fly over the national park and still be in compliance. Is that still correct?

4. Had a quick question on commercial use.. If i am creating content for my own YouTube channel and its not yet monetized, would that be considered commercial use? If my channel later becomes monetized, would it be considered commercial content after that and could i get in to trouble with having the content on my channel? or could i just demonetize that particular video to get around it?

5. My drone weighs 595 g and I used for recreational activities only. Do I need to register my drone because it weighs more than 250 g if I am using only for recreational activities?
   Also, from where we can take authorisation to fly drone, in some areas it will ask for the authorisations and i have no idea from where we need to get it?

6. Thanks – I am thinking of getting the small DJI drone – the mini? Do I need to register this? I want a drone but cannot be bothered doing the test either
