Ok Munchies with this series! Love it! Thanks so much and I can't wait for my episodes! Would love if you explored other foods in Mexico and Latin America! 😀
No engorda! Lo que engorda es el refresco! Hahaha
Where can I get these beans/ seed I want to grow them in my garden so I try and help one of the staple crops of my culture. I want to help expand people's knowledge on our traditions and bring back what has been forgotten for the future generations. If anyone has info please let me know. Muchas gracias 🙏😁🇲🇽🇺🇲
Scarletts are big producers of large beans that you can eat early as a sweet spring green bean or let it mature and you get gorgeous purple and black mottled beans that are very good no matter how we make em.
I've always wondered how do they make sure the seeds produced from a field with so many varieties are true to type, everything would be cross pollinated right?
Thanks to mega corporation making fast food easy to eat and ignore the healthier cheaper food. Rice, masa, beans, flour, lard are dirt cheap and will feed you many meals.
Los humildes frijoles son lo máximo. Rícos y nutrientes
Sad seeing those people with their breathing restricted like that.
We are the original vegetarians now it's cool to be one. We did it out of survival.
Beans are SO important. They nourish us and they also nourish other plants by replenishing nitrogen in the soil. They really are the magical fruit.
What is the food at 2:58 called
Campesinos, another word for The Indigenous people! This is our foods! The three sisters corn, squash and BEANS. Indigenous food.

Need to slow down. I can only read so fast. Talks like a Central America not Mexican Spanish.
Sadly, La Comandanta's beans can't be shipped to the US. I'd love to try some. 🙁
Por cierto, trabajen con los negocios en EE.UU.
