2. What else can set of a false positive test? Example i have the breathalyzer in my car and was advised for example not to drink energy drinks before driving or while driving because it will register as alcohol in my system.

5. This device is misused by the probation department, false positive tests are not uncommon. By the time you are able to prove innocence its already too late and lives get ruined in the process.
