We had a MP National Guard platoon that loses stuff like a M-9 pistol which SSG Timothy Griffith (I got fired 🔥 PSG in OIF6 later) volunteer for my platoon to find and bring back pistol which we did. Also another platoon a left his SAW M-249 5.56 at the base of his tower and Kids jumped the wire with cameras and stole his SAW with 200 RD "Nut Sack" in town next to us. SSG Timothy Griffith PSG volunteer my platoon to find and retrieve and this one was stripped and buried within hours, we had to dig it up. Squad leaders would come and tell us that SSG Timothy Griffith would volunteer us for missions to make him look good (for E-7 SFC promotion)
