Is it really sour? I had some weed once, no medical, was kind of pressed, whatever, which had a strange sour aftertaste to it. Other than that it was very harsh and very very strong. I mean like THE couchlock strong. Not like wake and bake but rather like wake and bake and lay down again ^^
It's a sativa so it's going to give you more of a euphoric feeling and head high, unlike indica, where you get the body "locked in the couch" high. Sour Diesel is perfect for mornings and motivates you do be productive. Can also have some pain relief attributes as well.
