My 3yo cavoodle was diagnosed with pancreatitis this morning. The vet gave her an anti-nausea shot and did a blood test to find her high white blood cell count. The vet didn’t think she needed to be admitted to hospital unless she vomited again, became lethargic, stopped eating or stopped pooping. In the 12 hours since, she hasn’t showed any signs of that and has already had the first 2 doses of her antibiotics. I’m so worried for her but I have faith she’ll be ok. Going to start making her food from home because I believe she’ll recover fully from this, but I can’t let it happen again

Hi Dr Jones Im in Australia and to be honest I'm now scared of normal vets and don't trust them. Some are giving pets CV19 jabs without owners consent. My little Chihuahua is 4 years old and I've been trying to change her food and not having much luck at all. If my dog doesn’t want to eat because of pancreatitis what are some ideas how to get nutrition in her after initially fasting.
My dog had acute pancreatitis, now resolved! But the ultrasound shows 2 abscesses which are not infected but they are there!! Is there anything I can give her to shrink the abscesses?? Please let me know
