  1. Was with this guy until he said someone called him Messiah because he opened a food truck and had the nerve to repeat it and validate like he really does see himself as the messiah. Some peoples egos get out of hand at even the slightest of success. Stay humble

  2. I like how he is using real meat here in germany we get kebab with ground meat mixed with fat and who knows what + its pork would love to try the black burned parts they are surely the best 😉 although its supposed to give you cancer

  3. How beautiful that the Turkish Doner kebab gave way to the Shwarma and the Al Pastor. Flavours develop as they move from country to country and that's a great thing. Fusion cooking is the future. Take something and make it your own in your way.

  4. I love Al Pastor taco & just the meat in general. I was pretty young when I first had it in TJ Mexico at a very popular street taco spot I would always eat at while my dad was working.
    Nothing beats a juicy favorable Al Pastor served anyways as long as it’s fresh & made the way this guy makes it.

  6. Went to eat at his truck he seemed like it was just whatever I spent 50 on his food it was ok not great not to mention once I got home excited to try it out I had no salsa and the meat was dry how you sell someone tacos and expect them to ask for salsa never again will I buy from his truck
